- Passed the California High School Proficiency Exam (CHSPE) or obtained a General Equivalency Diploma after graduating from a California high school (GED)
- Enroll in a California college or university that is eligible and recognized
- Whenever feasible, complete an affidavit expressing your intention to get your immigration status legalized.
