Cards that have more than one name, kindly use the primary Cardholder details (listed first on the Card) for online platform or Mobile App registration.
Call 1.800.240.8100. During activation, you will be asked to supply your Card Number, the last 6-digits of your social security number alongside the 3-digit security code from the back of your Card.
For further verification of identity, you could be asked to provide your name, address or answer identification question, in some instances the first name of one payee is linked to the name that appears last of a second payee on the card.
In a situation where there are mismatched names, the payee with the first name on the first line must activate the Card and/or validate identity to continue activation.
You will need to generate a 4-digit PIN needed for ATM transactions and automated assistance and to hear your balance.
For the safety of your Account security, do not use personal details like your PIN. For Cards that have more than one name, only the first Cardholder (registered first on the Card) may activate the Card

Follow the steps below to transfer funds online from your eip card to your bank account;
Step 1: make sure you have already activated your EIP card before trying to transfer funds to your bank account.
Step 2: Register online at EIPCard.com and click on “log in” carefully follow the steps to generate your user ID and password login.
Step 3: choose “Transfer in the U.S. under money out.
Step 4: carefully follow the steps to Set up your destination bank account prior to completing your ACH transfer.
Step 5: funds transfer could be posted to your bank account within 2-3 working business days.
Eip card transfer to bank (funds transfer using the Money Network Mobile App)
Follow the steps below to transfer funds using the Money Network Mobile App from your eip card;
Step 1: make sure your EIP card is activated before trying to transfer funds to your bank account.
Step 2: Download the Money Network Mobile App, register for mobile access by clicking “New User”, Follow the steps to generate your user ID and login password
Step 3: click the left top menu “send money to an External Bank Account” under move money out.
Step 4: carefully follow the steps to set up your destination bank account prior to completing your ACH transfer.
Step 5: funds transfer should be posted to your bank account in 2-3 business working days.

Step 2: Call 1.800.240.8100 and follow to authenticate with the interactive voice response unit (IVRU).
Step 3: Once you finished with voice authentication, follow the steps to set your destination bank account prior to completing your ACH transfer.
Step 4: funds transfer should be posted to your bank account within 2-3 working business days.
